In order to become a member of the First Fandom Foundation, applicants must be able to prove that they have been continuously active in science fiction fandom for a period of at least thirty years.  

Once membership is approved, annual dues are $20 (made payable to Todd Dashoff).  Please send $20 (check or money order) to:

Members of the First Fandom Foundation receive the quarterly newsletter, SCIENTIFICTION, and the annual Membership Directory.  

Members are able to participate in the annual First Fandom awards process.

Those who don't qualify for membership in the First Fandom Foundation still have the option to become a Sustaining Patron.  

A Sustaining Patron will receive the quarterly newsletter, SCIENTIFICTION, and the annual Membership Directory.  They may not participate in the First Fandom awards process.  Annual dues for a Sustaining Patron are $20. (payable to Todd Dashoff -- see above).
